The career I chose was Registered Nursing. I had help choosing this career by my husband and
his mother. This job will be good for my family and I because it is job secured and the income is very good. It
also has serveral different job setting so if I get burned out on one setting I can try another setting. Because of the shortage
of nurses I do not belive there will be any problem in finding a job after I graduate. This job requires a person to stay
up to date on new med, techniques, and diseases or viruses. In nursing a person can stay local or can travel if they wish
to.
I know I am capable of doing this job because I have already taken the PCA course and it was not
as bad as I thought it would be. I worked about a year and a half as a HHA so I have some idea as to what I am going
to be doing. This job will be very stressing in many ways: One patients that are impatient, two long
hours and weeks, etc....
I plan on staying in this job until I am able to retire or I become disabled from proforming
this job.
